With Pay As You Go, you're charged after each visit. We'll send you an invoice once we've completed the mow, and you pay for that visit only. Maximum flexibility, no commitment required.
Your mowing frequency (weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks) determines how often we visit. Monthly Billing is a payment option that spreads your annual cost into 12 equal monthly payments — regardless of how many mows happen that month. It's just easier budgeting.
Prepay 6 Months gives you a better per-visit rate than Pay As You Go or Monthly. Prepay 12 Months gives you our best rate. The longer your commitment, the more you save. We'll include exact pricing in your quote.
Months have different numbers of days (28-31), but our 4-week cycle is always exactly 28 days. This means you get 13 visits per year on a 4-week schedule, compared to 12 if it were truly monthly. It keeps your lawn on a consistent rotation.
During June, July, and August, Premium and Standard customers can drop down one frequency level at no penalty. Premium goes to Standard (weekly to fortnightly), Standard goes to Essential (fortnightly to every 4 weeks). Just let us know, and we'll adjust. You can also stay on your normal schedule if you prefer.
Yes, you can change your frequency or pause your service with reasonable notice. For prepaid plans, we'll work out any adjustments fairly. We're not here to trap you — we want customers who want to stay.
You don't need to be home. Just let us know about any gate codes or access requirements when you sign up. If we arrive and genuinely can't access the property (locked gate, blocked driveway), we'll contact you. If we can't reach you and can't get in, a call-out fee may apply.
Light rain? We'll usually still come — it's Auckland, after all. Heavy rain or waterlogged lawns? We'll reschedule to the next suitable day. We'll always let you know if your visit needs to move.
Absolutely. If you're not happy with a visit, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right at no extra charge. No arguments, no hassle.
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and direct debit. For prepaid plans, we'll sort out the payment details when you confirm your plan.
