Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the same day each month, starting from the date of your first service. A valid credit or debit card is required for automatic billing. The monthly price remains the same all year round, regardless of how many visits occur each month.
What is an Annual Membership?

What happens during winter months?

From June to August, service frequency automatically shifts to once per month. Your pricing doesn't change—we've designed our monthly pricing to be consistent throughout the year by averaging out the seasonal variations.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Just make sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel, you are still entitled to any remaining services that were part of the subscription you just cancelled.
What if I can't provide access on the scheduled day?

If you know access won't be available, let us know ahead of time—we'll do our best to reschedule. If we arrive and can't access the property (e.g., locked gates or obstructions) and we haven't been notified, the visit will be skipped, and no refund will be issued.
What's your satisfaction guarantee?

We back our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the result, contact us within 3 days of the service. We'll return and re-do the job at no cost within 7 days.
What about bad weather?

We can work in the rain. However, if the rain is excessive or we believe it will cause damage to your lawn, we'll reschedule your service to the next 1-5 business days.
